For Henry, for Vera, and for every family table.

Vera's carries the memory of Steven's grandfather, Henry Calabrese: an Italian American family man, the kind of presence that made pasta, cooking, and long nights of mobster movies feel like home.

Steven is a self-taught chef with a genuine love for feeding people well. Today, that love is tied to his wife-to-be, Stephanie Stoudenmire, and their little girl, Vera. She is only 3.5 months old now, and they wish she could have met Henry. Until she is big enough to eat pasta with her daddy, every tray is made with that same family feeling.
